What types of chairs are available to me through the WFH Program Store on behalf of Children’s Health?

You have the option of ordering an ergonomic task chair to help tailor your home office to fit your needs and ergonomic health and comfort. The ergonomic task chair is available in a standard size (up to 250 lbs) and a large/tall size (up to 400 lbs).

How do I order a chair through the WFH Program Store?

Once you’ve entered the Children’s Health WFH Portal using your Children’sHealth email address, select the product offering of choice and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping information and complete your purchase. 

Children’s Health will cover the cost of the task chair including shipping cost. You will receive an automated order confirmation and follow up notifications with shipping information. 

Is the chair available in different color options?

The task chair is only available in a neutral gray color. No additional color options are available for this offering through Children’s Health.

Do I need my manager’s approval to request a chair from the store? 

Your manager has participated in the process of designating your job as remote or hybrid (2 days or less on-site) and is aware of your eligibility for a chair. No additional manager approval is needed. 

Children’s Health is covering the cost of one (1) chair plus shipping cost for each eligible employee.

Does the chair require assembly?

The task chair will arrive in a box, fully assembled.  

Can the chair be shipped to an alternate address other than my home address? 

Chairs provided by Children’s Health may only be shipped to the employee’s home address on record. Chairs may not be ordered using a P.O. Box nor will chairs be shipped out of state.

Children’s Health will monitor orders to ensure compliance with all requirements.

What if my chair arrives damaged or seems to not be functioning appropriately?

When you receive your chair, be sure to inspect the box thoroughly. Take pictures of any damage.  Open the box and take your chair out. Inspect the chair for any damage or missing parts.  If your chair is damaged or missing parts, take pictures of the issue.

Send those pictures to wfhchildrens@tangrainteriors.com.  

Please include a picture of the tag on the bottom of the chair.

Once I receive my order, am I able to return any products ordered?

These products are contract grade and built-to-order, so unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns.

If for some reason your order arrives damaged or is not operating properly, please reach out to wfhchildrens@tangraminteriors.com and our support team will assist with a solution.
