Meet Eduardo Carrera
Please join us in welcoming Eduardo Carrera to Tangram! He is joining the California Tangram team as a Driver/Installer. When he's not in the office, you can find Eduardo spending his free time relaxing and making memories with his loved ones. He's looking forward to being a part of such a positive work environment and brings an eagerness to learn and contribute. We are thrilled to have you here at Tangram!
1. What is your name and job title?
Eduardo Carrera, Driver/Installer
2. Where is your hometown and where do you live now?
Currently live in my home town of Long Beach, Ca.
3. What type of company did you work at previously and what was your role there?
I was previously an Installer/ Service Tech at another Furniture Dealer before making my way to Tangram Interiors.
4. What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?
Quality time with my son and the rest of my family are Top on my list when it comes to weekends, along with Sunday service.
5. When people visit your town, what are the top local spot(s) you recommend to them?
Long Beach has a lot of tourist attractions so for those who aren’t familiar I would recommend stopping by at the Queen Mary, Shoreline Village. We also have the Grand Prix every year.
6. What's a topic you wish you knew more about or a skill you want to learn/improve?
I would love to continue improving my communication skills, along with gaining more knowledge of the furniture and over all industry and one day work up to a leadership position.
7. Tell us about the best or most memorable meal you've cooked or eaten! What made it special?
I’m not much of a cook, I would say the most memorable meals to me are always at Italian Restaurants. The food, the overall scenery.
8. What is your favorite memory from the past year?
By far my favorite memory has to be taking my Son on his first trip up to the snow. Priceless moments.
9. Show us your true colors! Which professional and/or college team(s) do you cheer for?
49ERS ALL DAYY!!! LAKERS and of Course my ANGELS.
10. What are you most looking forward to at Tangram and what do you hope to bring to the team?
Overall I look forward to working in a positive work environment where I can grow and ultimately achieve the goals I will continue to set out for myself. I also plan on bringing a positive attitude each and every day and an eagerness to learn.
