This new location houses several behavioral health programs, including autism care as well as other behavioral health programs. The new facility provides an array of care, including diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorder, behavioral intervention, speech and language evaluation and therapy, and more. Tangram provided the furniture for several of the behavioral health floors including offices, waiting area seating, wellness rooms, group therapy rooms and break rooms.

The offices range from manager offices, doctor offices and associate offices but have similar seating with differing desks and storage dependent on their specific needs and usage. The Steelcase Think Chair is used in every office space as well as height-adjustable desks. Dependent on the office, return work surfaces, overheads with tack boards, and Steelcase UniversalStorage units are added for extra functionality. Steelcase Universal Storage includes shelves, towers, bookcases, lateral files, and pedestal files offering versatility and expanding what storage can do for every office space. The Kwalu Diamante Lounge Chair in Designtex Rider Seacliff, Kwalu Diamente Loveseat inMomentum Silica Kip Galena, and the Kwalu Brianza End Table in a sugar maple finish are used in every office as well for additional seating.

The waiting area seating uses similar Designtex finishes, including Seacliff, Verdigris, and Skylark, as well as continuing the use of the maple sugar Kwalu Brianza End Table. In addition to the traditional seating area furniture, pediatric ottomans, tables, and chairs are added for the use of waiting patients. The Bolia Square Table and Bolia Chairs in Goldfinch andPeacock give waiting children the opportunity to sit and be entertained with an activity of reading, drawing, etc. The Carolina Boost Pediatric Ottoman inMidnight allow the patients to wait in a more relaxed seating area. 

The group therapy rooms have similar furniture, varying in the amount of furniture used in each room. Since these rooms are primarily used at stressful or uncomfortable times for patients, the Kwalu Diamante Lounge Chair and Kwalu Diamente Loveseat provide comfortable seating options with varying blue and green shades that create a relaxed environment contrary to the typical sterile atmosphere of most healthcare facilities.

Wellness rooms are equipped with the Nemschoff Consoul Glider/Recliners and Carolina O Tables with power/USB capabilities. The breakrooms also use the Carolina O Table, as well as the Coalesse Jenny Chair in ArCom Etch Sea and Designtex Tilt Oceania and Krug Zola Privacy Benches with the same finishes.

The furniture pieces used in these spaces are made with healthcare standard finishes that can be easily cleaned and are durable for the daily wear and tear of a common healthcare environment. Although the furniture is designed for healthcare standards, these pieces challenge what is commonly known as a sterile, uneasy environment and instead pair warm color tones with residential design details and comfortability, creating a safe, welcoming environment for patients, providers, and everyone involved.
