Kinesthetic learners are best described as “hands on”. They learn through one or more of the five senses – touching, feeling, experimenting with objects to see how they work. We all probably know of someone who dives right into projects without the directions.
Audio-visual technology is appealing to the first two learning styles without a question, and if you add interactive features to the AV presentation, you will engage the kinesthetic learner, as well. It’s worth noting that people aren’t exclusive with just one learning style, but have a blending of all three, being more dominant in one or the other.
