Founded in 2010, Fast Fashion company, JustFab Inc. experienced exponential growth and sought to develop a headquarters that could honor the company’s unique start-up culture and support their activity based workstyle. The new space needed to celebrate JustFab’s strongly famine high-energy brand, and showcase the business model & process that made them so successful.

Gathering spaces at the front and rear of the building allow the company to host public relations events onsite with maximum exposure to the product. The event spaces include large display areas that showcase JustFab’s products. The space also includes a full‐service kitchen & café with both indoor and outdoor seating to give employees a chance to relax and host lunch meetings without leaving the office. Shipping containers painted by a legendary graffiti artist who is also a JustFab design collaborator, were repurposed as a café bar and banquet seating. A bleacher stair creates seating for town hall meetings.

The open work environment is designed with fashion designers in mind. The design team & Tangram Studio created custom storage units and platforms to float between the workstations to house shoes, and accessories. This allows for the process to happen out in the open with maximum transparency and communication between departments.
