Tangram Interiors Elevates Key New Players to Business Development Roles
Tangram Interiors, a curator of creative commercial interior environments headquartered in Southern California, is dedicated to serving both the Orange County and LA community in a range of markets, including healthcare, education, corporate, and life sciences.
As a part of this commitment, Tangram has initiated some updates to its internal structure in our Southern California locations. Recently, the company announced the advancement of four team members to pivotal business development roles within the organization.
Firstly, Tangram Interiors is proud to announce the advancement of Lora Apodaca to the role of Director of Business Development for Southern California.
Lora began her journey with Tangram as the Executive Assistant and swiftly transitioned to the Business Development team in 2021, showcasing a remarkable ability to forge meaningful connections within the industry. Possessing a persistent and genuine approach, she has cultivated invaluable relationships, positioning Tangram as a trusted partner in the competitive landscape of commercial interiors.
In her new capacity, Lora will continue to nurture relationships while applying a heightened focus on expanding business opportunities for Tangram’s Healthcare, Education, and Audio-Visual teams.
Reflecting on her journey and aspirations, Lora shares, “I am thrilled to embark on this new chapter and collaborate with our SoCal BD and leadership teams to shape our business development strategy and foster professional growth within the team. I am particularly excited about expanding our footprint in Healthcare, Education, and Audio-Visual projects, reinforcing Tangram’s commitment to delivering exceptional environments.”
Secondly, Ali McGee has been appointed as the New Business Developer for Tangram’s Newport Beach office. Ali’s impressive experience spans six years with industry giants Humanscale and Shaw Contract before joining Tangram as an OC Sales Representative just one year ago.
Kellie Reed, VP of Sales, OC + Healthcare, remarked on Ali’s swift integration into Tangram’s culture, emphasizing her passion for relationship-building.
“While Ali has been with Tangram for just a short time, her passion for relationships was clear from the start. Tangram is keen on having the right people in the right seats to be successful so we’re thrilled to see what Ali will accomplish by joining OC’s Business Development team.”
Thirdly, Gary Vilinsky has transitioned to Business Development for Tangram Southern California after nearly three decades of dedicated service to the company. Gary’s deep-rooted relationships within the industry and extensive experience as an Account Manager for key healthcare accounts uniquely position him to drive business development initiatives forward.
Having actively contributed to organizations such as the AIA LA Architecture in Healthcare Committee and Healthcare Facilities Forum Committee, Gary is also primed to leverage his network to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Excited about his expanded role, Gary expressed eagerness to collaborate with industry contacts. “I’ve been fortunate enough to meet many wonderful people through the different organizations I’ve been involved in and I’m looking forward to partnering with these industry contacts in a new way.”
Lastly, Tangram is also excited to announce that Andrew Roche will serve as the company’s Business Development & Data Analyst in Orange County. His role will focus largely on expanding the brand’s presence in the life sciences market, serving customers such as Edwards Lifesciences and taking a holistic approach to lab spaces with manufacturer partner, Symbiote.
