Wpromote is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in PPC, SEO, email, and social. When they decided to downsize their Los Angeles headquarters from a 25k-square-foot space with 200 workstations to a 12k-square-foot touchdown hybrid space, Studio Blitz and Tangram were engaged to provide a wide variety of unique amenity settings all equipped with technology and furniture for working, collaborating, or socializing.

Tangram curated a collection of furniture for reception, café, meeting, workstation, and private office spaces. Utilizing Steelcase Flex Personal Spaces, Workstations, Active Frames, and sound masking installed by Tangram Technology, the work area remained open and airy while allowing for privacy and flexibility. A mix of cool and warm toned materials were selected for lounge and conference spaces and paired with richly patterned rugs.

Additionally, Tangram Technology installed a stunning 135-inch dvLED display for Wpromote's all-hands space to allow for wireless video casting for company meetings and serve as a digital canvas to highlight the company's work in the downtime. In the same space, the team installed wireless microphones and a sound system with ceiling-mounted subwoofers to support clear speech reinforcement and music/media playback. Additionally, we provided and installed Google Meet-certified solutions for small, medium, and large conference rooms, allowing anyone to easily connect their device. Lastly, we added room-scheduling panels outside of every conference room.

The end result is a fun and colorful space that allows employees to work from anywhere in the office.
