When Core Digital Media began to plan the move into their new 30k sq ft Playa Vista office, they engaged Tangram to provide all of the workstations, private office furniture and ancillary lounge pieces. 

Their previous place included large fixed-height workstations that took up most of the office space and didn’t allow for as many creative vignettes as they would have liked. For their new space, they wanted height-adjustable desks that functioned well for their team. Additionally, they hoped for a “fun zone” that would serve as the social center of the office. 

In response to their needs and desires, Tangram provided AMQ Activ-PRO desks with neutral Steelcase Answer panel, Steelcase TS storage and 3F privacy screens. The desks were smaller than their previous selection at 6’ feet long and allowed for more lounge spaces, including several zones throughout the office designated for collaboration, socialization and breakout meetings. A wide variety of ancillary furniture were provided for these areas in assorted rich tones and textures that were playful yet grounding. Private offices featured AMQ Activ-PRO desks and Steelcase Elective Elements to create a clean and fresh palette for each user to work with.
