Meet Ismael Flores

Please join us in welcoming Ismael Flores to Tangram! Ismael is joining the Tangram Construction Trades Team as a Flooring Superintendent, previously working for a flooring company in a similar role. When he's not in the office, you'll find him modifying his vehicle or hanging with his wife and kids. 2. Where is your hometown and where do you live now?

I grew up in Inglewood, CA and still live there today.

3. What type of company did you work at previously and what was your role there?

I worked for a flooring company out in the Valley as a Foreman Supervisor.

4. What’s your guilty pleasure?

Modifying my vehicle

5. What was your first job?

My first job was at Neutrogena as a Sanitizing technician.

6. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Dubai

7. At which store would you like to max-out your credit card?

A car modification center

8. Who has influence you the most when it comes to how you approach your work?

My parents, my wife and kids—they keep me pushing for growth.

10. What are you most looking forward to in your new role and what do you hope to bring to the team?

I look forward to growing and learning new materials to add on to my experience, and I hope to bring assistance and dedication to my team.
