Poms envisioned a space that not only accommodates expansion and fosters in-person collaboration, but also serves as a magnet for fresh talent. Above all, their goal was to fashion an inclusive, multi-generational workspace imbued with a welcoming and familial atmosphere.

The design centered on natural, earthy tones that evoke a clean, sophisticated and inviting aesthetic for employees and visitors alike. Soft curves act as a guiding rhythm, weaving through the office and leading to pivotal communal areas.

Amenities abound, including a central cafe opening onto a private outdoor patio, numerous coffee stations, and a versatile wine-tasting lounge that transforms into an event space. The integration of soft curved glass partitions for private offices and meeting spaces harmonizes seamlessly with custom-built case goods, lounge seating, and warm-toned wooden surfaces.

Tangram provided furniture for reception, café, open meeting, private office, workstation, and meeting room spaces. Staying on theme with the sophisticated feel and curved forms, our team curated a beautiful collection of ancillary furniture with warm-toned material and rounded edges, mimicking the surrounding curvilinear architecture. A blend of soft forms and mixed textures brings warmth to the workspace.

Our new headquarters turned out even better than we could have imagined. Even more importantly, this modern, welcoming, and inviting space has reset the stage for our employees because people are actually excited to come to work.
